The team's communication is by far the best, responding even after hours to assist us. The entire team at Great Lakes have been great at any requests given to them including warranty issues or quick pick ups. Their ability to adjust to our needs is fantastic. Last year we were on a search for a new line of spas. After talking to many suppliers at the Pool & Spa Show in Niagara, Great Lakes Hot Tubs were the only ones to have what we were looking for. We met with Eric & Beth in the store. I let them know what my expectations were and they have met them all – and then some!

After 9 months of dealing with Great Lakes Hot Tubs, I can say it’s been a great experience. From helping us with the orders, being amazing on deliveries, and the customer service, they have proven again and again that we made the right choice.

 The program is simple. We don’t have to stock tubs in a warehouse – they delivery directly to the customer and look after any service needed on the spas. Amazing!

The communication has also been excellent. With their line-up of models, we can reach every customer’s hot tub needs from size, price, and options. Not to mention the high quality of these tubs and how beautiful they look on our showroom floor. These spas are real eye catchers to our customers and appeal to their budgets.

Working with Great Lakes has been incredible. They have a fantastic program, and it is very easy to work with them. We can sell spas to customers who aren’t in our region, and they will be delivered by the manufacturer directly to the customer, so in the end, we act as a middleman and are still able to profit. We can also have spas delivered to our location, or we can go and pick them up without issues.

When we put in orders, whether for spas or parts, we receive timely responses and shipping is very quick. The service level we receive from this company, the sales team as well as the service team has always been at the highest of quality, the customer service is above par. When it comes to their inventory, there has never been anything we were inquiring about not in stock, we have never been asked to wait for product.

We have direct contact with the sales manager, he is always available and able to provide support when needed, and our sales representative comes by our location quite often. Communication with this company is beyond amazing and we are excited to grow our relationship with Great Lakes Hot Tubs in the many years to come.
